We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Marketing professional to join our team at Franchise Alpha. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective tele marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of management consulting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with franchise operations and management consulting firms is an added advantage.
