Job Title: Documentation Officer Overseas Education
Job Summary
The Documentation Officer is responsible for handling, verifying, and maintaining all student-related documents required for overseas education admissions and visa processing. The role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of documents in compliance with university and embassy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and organize student documents for university applications and visa processing.
- Ensure all documents meet the requirements of universities, embassies, and immigration authorities.
- Assist students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and other required documents.
- Coordinate with counselors to track application and visa documentation status.
- Prepare and submit applications to universities and follow up for offer letters.
- Maintain accurate records of student files in physical and digital formats.
- Update student data and document status in CRM or internal systems.
- Communicate with students regarding missing, incorrect, or additional documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all student documents.
- Stay updated on documentation requirements for different countries (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Support visa filing and interview preparation documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education and visa documentation processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and document management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple student files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in overseas education documentation or visa processing preferred.
- Freshers with strong documentation and coordination skills may also apply.
