Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest relations, ensuring effective communication, responding to inquiries promptly, and managing customer service requests. The role also involves handling receptionist duties, offering support in sales operations, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage and maintain positive client relationships effectively
  • Strong Communication abilities to address inquiries professionally and communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front-desk operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Experience with Sales and client interactions is preferred
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handle guest concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is desirable
