Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Estimation Engineer specializing in facade projects. The Senior Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing comprehensive BOQs, conducting project estimations, and analyzing project specifications. They will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate cost evaluations, assist in sourcing and procurement tasks, and conduct research to improve estimation techniques. Strong negotiation skills are essential to liaise with suppliers and develop cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing BOQs and comprehensive project estimations for facade projects
  • Strong background or degree in Civil Engineering with practical understanding of engineering principles
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to manage procurement and vendor interactions
  • Analytical skills to conduct research and ensure precise and effective estimations
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to construction and facades
  • Familiarity with facade systems, materials, and market trends is a major advantage
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills
