Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years (Project Sales Preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related field

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in HVAC systems.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and update CRM records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales (project sales preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ductable Units, AHUs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as per project/client requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to HVAC sales for commercial, industrial, or government projects.
  • Existing network with MEP consultants, contractors, and government agencies is a plus.
