Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Specialist located in Guntur. The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing and verifying all necessary documentation for export shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with export customers and freight forwarders. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, addressing export-related inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Export Documentation Executive to manage all aspects of export documentation, compliance, and coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling export procedures, ensuring timely documentation, and liaising with CHAs to facilitate smooth shipment operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of relevant export regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the export-import industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
