Exports Shipment Documentation
- Maintained data of buyer’s contacts with product wise & period of shipment for execution of timely call offs by monitoring dispatch of shipments on regular basis.
- Handled pre-shipment documentation by maintaining contract information of shipments for timely execution of call offs.
- Coordinated with Trade Admin for timely preparation of pre-shipment documents & ensured timely dispatch of the same to respective units.
- Stock Administration Related to Call off, Dispatches.
- Ensured shipments / deliveries are made from approved batches if any in close coordination with Quality team at DHQ.
- Provided contract & needful information to Trade admin with pre-shipment instruction sheet after checking buyers credit limit, terms, special Instructions if any & insurance part while preparing shipment documentation
- Coordinated with location & factory staff for timely stuffing & dispatches of cargo. Ensured shipment instructions from the customers are followed
- Prepared sale orders for Export customers
- Prepared Delivery Challans and Delivery Orders for Export Shipments
- Prepared Purchase Orders for Packing material

Logistics (Processed Fruits, F&V)
- Prepared & forwarded invoice, release order for every delivery as per contract to

Factory for prompt and smooth deliveries
- Coordinated with CHAs for timely receipt of shipping bills & sent the same to Trade

Admin for claiming export benefits.
- Coordinated with CHAs for timely receipt of BL, Shipment advise & other documents

and forwarded the same to respective Customers.
- Prepared regular Labels as per the customer requirements and taken prior approval

from customer before effecting shipments.
- Achieved best possible ocean freight rates by obtaining competitive rates from different

shipping lines & chosen best freight rates for shipments by helping profitability of

business.
- Closely co-coordinated with CHAs for container placement at units for Stuffing as per

schedule.
- Efficient & Close Coordination with CHAs & Shipping Lines for timely execution of Shipment.
- Checked arrival status of the vessels and followed up with trade admin for prompt

delivery of documents to bank and dispatch details to buyers
- Taken proper care for Reefer containers to maintain the temperature.
- Maintainer Ocean freight Register for all the shipments.
- Entered into yearly contract with CHAs for CNF expenses for Mumbai, Chennai and

Mundra Ports by obtaining different competitive quotes and select the lowest quoted

CHA for doing shipments on the fixed rates.
- Following up with customers reg. pending payments & call-offs
- Support to Accounts by preparing Purchase Order, Delivery Orders and Sale Orders

Customer / Communication
- Provided sales related information like buyer’s invoice, contract & BL copies for to trade admin whenever required
- Maintained end to end track of the container till it gets delivered to customer. Also kept

the customer informed on container status time to time.
- Monitoring the arrival status of the vessels and followed up with trade admin for prompt

delivery of documents dispatch details to buyers.
- Co—ordination with customers - following up with customers reg. pending call-offs & payments.

Obtain ECGC and CCA for Export customers

Import of Aseptic bags
- Coordinate with Kerry Logistics for prompt delivery of Aseptic bags
- Provided proper submission of documents to CHA for release of Import cargo from

customs authorities to processing units for safe deliveries
- Provided Proper documents to the Finance department for making Customs duty

payment
