#Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement joint marketing campaigns with consulting & resell partners to drive awareness and demand. Analyse the lead creation process and identify ways to optimise conversions and pipeline.
* Align marketing efforts with Salesforce's global and regional GTM strategies. Conceptualise, manage, and execute a diverse range of field marketing programs such as webinars, SEM, content syndication and live events.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROI. Collaborates with partners to share marketing data and insights, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies.
* Work closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with broader business strategies.
* Support strategic planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
* Collaborate with internal finance, marketing operations and procurement (if needed) to manage the Market Development Funds (MDF) approved for the partners
* Program manage the partner sourced pipeline by leveraging and liaisoning with internal stakeholders to meet required SLAs
# Experience
* 5+ years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles in the tech industry.
* Prior B2B channel marketing experience is preferred, within a software or technology organisation.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales processes, and enterprise technology.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to understand and translate messages to make them appropriate for the partner audience
* Proven accountability to execute through complexity
