Functieomschrijving

Als Product Owner ben jij hét aanspreekpunt van de klanten en jouw ontwikkelteams. Hierbij heb je te maken met bestaande en nieuwe klanten, waarbij de contactpersonen uiteenlopend zijn. Bij bestaande klanten binnen de lopende projecten moeten zo nu en dan zaken gewijzigd worden, waarbij wij worden ingeschakeld om mee te denken hoe de bedrijfsprocessen verder geautomatiseerd kunnen worden. Met nieuwe klanten plan jij een kennismaking in en achterhaal je de specifieke behoeften. Vervolgens bepaal je middels een creatieve sessie met de klant de route naar de oplossing voor het vraagstuk. De taken en prioriteiten worden verdeeld in sprints van 2 of 3 weken.

Tot jouw taken horen:

  • Contact onderhouden met de klant, waarbij jij luistert naar de behoefte van de klant
  • Samen met jouw ontwikkelteam in India, vertalen van deze wens naar een oplossing middels een Agile/Scrum werkwijze
  • Bewaren van het overzicht, een goede prioritering en het bewaken van de planning
  • Zorgen voor een optimale klanttevredenheid bij afronding van het project

Verwachtingen

Als persoon pak jij zelfstandig (complexe) projecten op en werk je doelgericht. Jij bent ambitieus en efficiënt in het bereiken van de gestelde doelen. Wanneer er verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen, ben jij in staat om overzicht te bewaren en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Ook wordt er gevraagd om een eigen visie en eigen ideeën. Vanuit kennis weet je deze visie en ideeën te onderbouwen. Verder:

  • HBO werk & denkniveau, waarbij een afgeronde HBO een pré is
  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Affiniteit met ICT en digitale wereld
  • Ervaring met het werken volgens de Agile/SCRUM methodiek
  • Sterk in kwaliteits- en planningsbewaking, stakeholder management en je houdt je backlog onder controle
  • Gevoel voor het vertalen van functionaliteiten naar user stories
  • Beschikt over leidinggevende/aansturende capaciteiten
