Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into long-term business partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client needs in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Pitch Yuvau Digital's services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, UGC & Training Programs) to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest the right services/solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep track of market trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (digital marketing or advertising industry preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
