Job Description:

We are looking to hire experienced professionals to join our sales team for the Indian markets.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience selling stainless steel metallic hose and expansion joints/bellows to OEMs, distributors, and key industries such as oil & gas, automotive, steel plants, and more.

These roles involve developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Indian and international markets.

Have meetings with clients to bring in orders and ensuring targets are achieved.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including OEMs, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with key accounts.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Experience selling to OEMs, distributors, or industries like oil & gas, automotive, steel plants, etc.

Education:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of expansion joints, bellows, and their industrial applications.

Skills:

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
