Chief Compliance Officer
. The CCO will play a critical leadership role in ensuring full regulatory compliance and governance across our NBFC and Digital Payments businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the compliance function for both NBFC and PPI operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all RBI regulations, Master Directions, AML/KYC, and DPDP guidelines.
  • Oversee all RBI filings, inspections, and responses.
  • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and frameworks.
  • Identify compliance risks and set up effective monitoring mechanisms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with RBI and other regulators.
  • Present compliance status and reports to the Board and Senior Management.
  • Build a compliance culture through training and awareness across the company.

We're Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • 10–12 years of experience
    in Compliance/Regulatory roles with NBFCs, Banks, or Payment System Operators.
  • In-depth knowledge of RBI NBFC guidelines, PPI regulations, AML/KYC norms, and corporate governance.
