We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing interior fit-out and design execution on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior finishes, site coordination, and vendor management to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities at interior design project sites to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to design specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to manage on-site work and installations.
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.
  • Inspect delivered materials and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage on-site.
  • Resolve on-site issues related to labor, materials, or design discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing site safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of defects or deviations from plans.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and consultants during site visits or inspections.
  • Maintain detailed site logs, attendance records, and documentation of daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making on-site.
  • Familiarity with site safety regulations and standards.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
