Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Lead to drive innovation and efficiency in CRM and sales enablement systems. This role is central to enhancing sales processes, improving customer experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, analytics, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enhancements in CRM products to improve sales agent efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize calling and lead allocation logics using analytics to drive revenue growth.
  • Streamline sales processes (inbound calling, IVR, chat) for better customer experience.
  • Provide strategic inputs for training, customer communications, and process design.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to embed advanced analytics into decision-making.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and visualizations of insights for leadership.
  • Foster a culture of product experimentation in partnership with product managers.
  • Design and execute sales contests and incentive programs to drive performance.

Key Qualifications

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate analysis into business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with SQL or similar data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, and engineering teams.

Good-to-have

  • Master's degree with emphasis on data or business.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts or product managers.
  • Strong interest in data, metrics, and emerging trends in sales technology.
