We are looking forward to hire ServiceNow Professionals in the following areas :

• ServiceNow Business Analyst:

• Overall 5-10 years of experience in IT and not less than 5 years in ServiceNow with BA expertize

• The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will focus primarily on ServiceNow ITSM ,ITOM,ITAM and SPM Product suits but will also be engaged in other ServiceNow initiatives .

  Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Business Process Consultant from Yash acts as the pivotal connector between business objectives and ServiceNow capabilities, driving process excellence through analysis, design, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role underpins successful deployments and adoption at both global and regional levels, helping Equinox Gold scale and mature its ServiceNow ecosystem effectively

  1. Process Analysis and Optimization
  • Analyse existing business workflows and IT service management processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead process workshops with stakeholders and users to map "as-is" and design "to-be" processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Conduct gap analysis to recommend process reengineering or automation to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
  1. Requirements Gathering and Solution Design
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and ServiceNow configuration specifications.
  • Prioritize requirements and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases to guide solution development and validation.
  • Design optimized workflows and user journeys that maximize effective use of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC modules, and future expansions.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives, process changes, and benefits realization.
  • Manage expectations and facilitate consensus during solution design, supporting successful adoption of ServiceNow processes across global and regional teams.
  1. Continuous Improvement and Governance
  • Establish process governance frameworks including ownership, Key Performance Indicators, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Identify opportunities for further optimization, automation, and ServiceNow feature adoption in line with organizational growth and roadmap plans.
  Periodically review process effectiveness and recommend updates to maintain alignment with evolving business goals and technology changes.
