Job Description -

Asset Management:

  • Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (hardware and software).
  • Track procurement, deployment, reallocation, and disposal of IT assets.
  • Tag and label IT equipment as per company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in the asset management system.

IT Exit Process:

  • Coordinate with HR and IT teams to initiate IT offboarding for employees exiting the organization.
  • Disable and revoke user access from systems, applications, and networks upon exit.
  • Perform data backup and system wipe as per company policies.
  • Ensure devices are formatted, cleaned, and prepared for re-use or secure disposal.
  • Maintain a checklist and records of IT exit activities.
  • Document asset handover and ensure proper updates in the inventory system
