Job Title: Sales Telecaller (Automobile Industry)
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Company: CAG Yamaha - Coimbatore's No. 1 Yamaha Authorised Sales Service Spares Dealer
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls to generate interest in two-wheeler products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Provide information on motorcycles, promotions, and financing options.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and coordinating test rides.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales or telecalling, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with two-wheeler products and services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
