Fulfiment Manager Context breakup :
- Responsible for fulfilment of forecast & safety stock at depot-SKU level
- Work with supply chain teams on fulfilment of customer orders
- Analyse & work with the dispatch planner on areas of concern
- Coordinate & monitor critical SKUs at depots with sales
- Anticipate potential issues on sales & supply chain side and appraise relevant stakeholders
- Perform assessments on maldistribution of stocks , month end reports of underselling/overselling, changes in forecasts etc
- Trouble shoot issues like placements problems, space constraints at depots, slow moving stocks, partial truckload etc
- Owner of OFR for the zone and tracks the same on a daily basis.
- Plans and excutes season planning for the zone.

Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Cross-functional Collaboration & Capability Building- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to support organizational goals and demonstrate business acumen.
- Train and mentor Zonal Fulfilment Executives (ZFEs) to independently manage West Zone operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate visibility of SOH (Stock on Hand), SIT (Stock in Transit), and STO (Stock Transfer Orders) for the sales team.
- Conduct timely calls with RCMs, RSMs, and ZSMs in West Zone to support critical items and depot space planning.
- Undertake market visits to gather insights and resolve fulfilment issues.
- Monitor timely order fulfillment rates and resolve bottlenecks to improve service levels.
- Enable regional hub redistribution to achieve complete zone-level service target.
- Track SKU-level VSL (Volume Service Level) at month-end and opening stock levels.
- Identify excess and ageing stock across zones and collaborate with sales teams for liquidation.

Receive the demand planning numbers for running the supply Planning cycle and share Final plans for doing dispatch planning.

Ensuring the right product in right qty at the right place. Work with the sales team to get the correct inputs regarding festivals and Schemes to ensure requirements are met.
Ensure Inventory across the network is working as per design and work on ensuring that order Fill Rates are maintained across locations.
IT
Monthly/Quarterly
To build a robust dispatch Planning and Inventory Planning tool in sync with the ERP system
Logistics
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
Share lane level dispatch data with Logistics team for planning transportation and warehousing volumes and vendors
