Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Leader/Assistant Manager located in Pune. The role involves leading and managing a team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with stakeholders, problem-solving, and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
