About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in the transport and logistics industry to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and strengthen the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge with creativity and analytical skills to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans for transport and logistics services.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across domestic and international routes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

  • Lead brand positioning, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and client engagement.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to support business decisions.

  • Organize client events, exhibitions, and digital marketing activities to promote services.

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and track campaign performance.

  • Oversee and guide the marketing team to deliver consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: MBA / PG in Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing or business development within the transportation, logistics, or freight industry.

  • Strong understanding of transport operations, fleet management, and logistics solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable strategies.
