Job Responsibilities

01) Greet and engage clients to understand their fashion needs, body type, and style preferences.

02) Recommend appropriate clothing, accessories, and looks based on customer profile and latest trends.

03) Provide styling tips, wardrobe advice, and complete outfit coordination.

04) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.

05) Assist in visual merchandising and ensure displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.

06) Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

07) Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client interactions.

08) Handle customer feedback and resolve queries professionally.

09) Participate in brand training sessions, product launches, and styling workshops.

10) Support social media or marketing initiatives (if required) by contributing fashion insights or participating in photo shoots/events.

Required Key Skills

01) Educational Qualification: Any graduate/undergraduate.

02) Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 8 years of experience in sales.

03) Prior experience in sales/counter sales of apparels or lifestyle products in a showroom would be advantageous.

04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.

05) Salary Range:

06) Communication and Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Convincing Power in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi would be a plus.

07) Good understanding of fashion and latest trends.

08) Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
