Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable property options.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve communication and campaign effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Female candidates with good communication and convincing skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Should be confident, polite, and good at handling customer calls.
  • Must be able to follow up regularly with clients and maintain good relations.
  • Comfortable working with targets and achieving monthly goals.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
  • Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Should be fluent in Hindi and (Little) English.
