We are Hiring Specialist - Business Development at Atomberg Innovation Private Limited

Location: Pune (Chakan Plant)

Experience: 2 6 years

Industry: Electronics /EMS

What You will Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Consumer Electronics, Renewable, EV, Automotive and industrial customers. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

• Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

• Manage inquiries, RFQs, and tender submissions with accuracy and timely response.

•Follow up with customers on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.

• Track and update sales pipeline, order status, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.

• Act as a bridge between the customer and the engineering/production team for technical discussions.

• Understand customer requirements for electronic components, PCBs, assemblies, or systems.

• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Provide technical support during the sales cycle.

• Assist in preparing proposals, BOMs, and pricing strategies.

Who Were Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

2–6 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or pre-sales roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team

Experience in industrial equipment, automation, electronics, or similar domains.

Exposure to B2B sales and channel partner management.

Familiarity with ERP systems and sales analytics tools.
