Job Description with Roles and Responsibilities

To bring new business of Pressure sensitive Self Adhesive Labels produced from Flexographic Technology on JTPLs infrastructure.

Month on month business to be increased in exponential growth.

Responsible for integration of all aligned department for operation and Production.

Ensure All Label Production and dispatch Schedules coordinate with production, Quality and Dispatch department for smooth functions.

Production planning and management along with cost and inventory control.

Process Control and Quality assurance.

Team Leadership and training.

Compliance and documentation.

Collection of payments on time as per credit time approved by management.

Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customers.

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities.

Provides short term and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection and analysis.

Achieves Financial Objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

Obtains market share by developing marketing plans & Production plans and programs for each product.

Responsible for producing valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design and organizing the companys publications.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
