D-Aide Global is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executives / Admission Counselors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding prospective students through the admission process, helping them choose the right online and distance education programs offered in partnership with reputed universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
  • Counsel students to help them choose suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
  • Maintain and update student inquiry records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successful admission conversion.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and admissions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, or education sales preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
