About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage and oversee all materials, equipment, and inventory at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth storage operations, accurate stock records, and timely availability of materials for ongoing piling and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Issue materials to site staff as per requirements and maintain proper records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and update stock registers/software on a daily basis.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
  • Prevent loss, theft, or damage of materials through proper checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper / Store In-charge in construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, piling equipment, and tools preferred.
  • Strong record-keeping, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in construction.
  • Diploma/Degree in any field; technical background is an advantage.
