Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Compliance Manager will ensure that the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing and implementing policies, conducting compliance audits, investigating compliance issues, and providing training to staff on compliance matters. The Compliance Manager will also be responsible for staying updated with changes in laws and regulations and ensuring that the company's operations remain compliant.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and policy development
  • Auditing experience and ability to identify and address compliance issues
  • Skills in developing and conducting compliance training programs
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
