Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR practices align with the companys goals and values while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering engagement.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement training, development, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
