Job Summary
The Digital Marketing and Online Sales Manager will lead all online marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and maximize sales through digital channels. This role involves developing and implementing multi-platform marketing strategies, managing online sales operations, and analysing performance data to ensure consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both digital marketing and e-commerce sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with our agencies to Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Manage online sales platforms (company website, marketplaces, social commerce channels) to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and other relevant platforms with focus on ROI and conversion rates.
Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience online.
Analyse marketing performance metrics, website analytics, and sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement and monitor marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance lead nurturing and customer retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
Manage and optimize influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and other online sales growth initiatives.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on digital marketing performance and sales growth for senior management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and online sales management, preferably within e-commerce or retail in consumer audio or video products industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Marketing Manager and other digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in analytics software (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proven track record in driving online revenue growth through strategic campaigns.
Desired Skills
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and website conversion optimization.
Ability to work with creative teams to develop high-impact visuals and content.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
