Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ to 9 Years of Design and implement automation solutions for regulatory workflows using Python and agentic frameworks.
  • Develop intelligent agents capable of responding to regulatory changes with minimal human intervention.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with LLMs and other AI models.
  • Build and deploy scalable solutions on Databricks, integrating with enterprise data systems.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and data teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain automation pipelines, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adaptability to changing regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
  • Practical experience with Databricks for data processing and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance workflows (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
