Job Description:-

Key Requirements:

  • 0 - 3 years of Inside Sales / Tele Sales or Customer support ( Outbound ) experience.
  • Education Qualification - Clinical/Medical Background(Advantage) OR Any Graduation
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • An Excellent Team player.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Knowledge of MS office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy.
  • Following up with them and converting them into leads.
  • Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
  • Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve talk time target
