We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
