Department: Production Confectionery Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Production Supervisor for our Confectionery Unit at Dakachiya, Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols. The candidate should have hands-on experience in food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing and the ability to manage production teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the daily production process to achieve output as per the production plan.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards during the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage manpower allocation and oversee workforce discipline and productivity.
  • Maintain records of daily production, material usage, and downtime reports.
  • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Ensure proper operation of machinery and assist in preventive maintenance activities.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
  • Train and motivate team members for skill enhancement and better performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Science or Engineering background).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing unit.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of in-process manufacturing operations.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle a production team efficiently.

  • Preference: Indore resident candidates with candy or confectionery manufacturing experience will be preferred.
