Job Description:-

1. Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are met.

2. Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

3. Develop Service Procedure, Policies and Standard.

4. Provide on Job training and guidelines to dealer technical staff and service staff.

5. Promptly monitor vehicle complaint and failure analysis and convey the product feedback report for improvement.

6. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.

7. Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

8. Maintaining strong relationships with Plant Head, dealers, and local customers.

9. The Customers based on local need or regular visit to Dealers, tracking on customer's experience and put required corrective action plan.

10. Responsible for entire services and warranty department.

11. Handling & ensuring timely installations, closure of all issues related to dealers & customers.

12. Handling complete after sales Support and meeting TAT as per the given deadlines.

13. Report submission as per the timeline.

14. Settle all warranty claim as per policy and time line.

15. Expertise in organizing all after sales services activities to ensure the most efficient and profitable operation of after sales department by satisfying client needs and enhancing client relations.
