- Responsible for conducting perpetual inventory control system (Daily transaction based and cycle
- Proper Material Planning according to Production Plan & Schedule.
- To update and verified shortages against particular BOM/ Production schedule or Issue slip.
- Reconciliation of Material With actual Production.
- Making of proper codification, Grouping, and sub-grouping of materials.
- Timely issue of materials to production and maintain all records of receipt & issue in **Oracle Based ERP** System.
- Responsible for material receipts, segregation, Identification which includes RM, Components, Bought outs, Standard Parts, Shelf Life Materials, and Consumables.
- Stock Preparation on Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Basis.
- Maintained Stores as Per Location Code & Implement FIFO.
- Monitoring and Controlling of Inward & out Ward Materials.
- Coordination with suppliers for Scheduled Material delivery & Traceability.
- Responsible for Implementing 5S within department.
- Stock stacking on Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Basis.
- Reconciliation of RGP & NRGP.
- Reporting to CEO & Unit Head.
