About the RoleWe're looking for a Customer Support Executive who loves talking to people, solving problems, and ensuring our customers have a smooth and happy solar experience.

You'll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers trust — guiding them from installation to after-sales support.

  • What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Keep customers updated on installation progress, payments, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with our sales, operations, and service teams to ensure quick solutions.
  • Help onboard new customers into project WhatsApp groups and share regular updates.
  • Maintain proper records and follow up until every customer issue is closed.
  • Collect customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the team.
  • Who We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or client handling (solar industry experience is a plus).
  • Good communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Comfortable using tools like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive team player who enjoys helping people.
  • Someone who takes ownership and ensures every customer feels heard and supported.
