Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote services related to GST, ITR, FSSAI, MSME, Company Registration, and other business compliances.
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about our services and processes.
  • Maintain a daily call log, follow-up list, and track lead status in CRM or Excel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and assist clients through the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with the operations and compliance teams for smooth client handover.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team.
