Role & responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Manage and mobilise project resources, including labour and materials and provide guidance and monitor team for effective project delivery.
  • Create and manage project budgets. Control project costs by tracking expenses and making adjustments when required.

  • Coordinate with clients to meet project milestones and quality requirements

  • Contract administration.
  • Monitor and track project progress and milestones.
  • Maintain a proper material procurement and utilisation tracker.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects with safety ,quality and estimated budget.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Quality standards and environmental requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, Conducting Quality control audits and ensure work meets specifications.
  • Responsible for manning of the project
  • Responsible for maintaining a productive working at site and industry level attrition at site
  • Responsible for appraisal at site
  • Contract labour mobilisation
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Preferred candidate profile

Prepare a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation.

-Manage and mobilise project resources, including labour, Equipments and required materials and - Provide leadership and direction to project teams for smooth operations,ensuring safety ,quality standards and environmental regulations.

-Prepare and submit monthly Bills as per contract and track total collection as per contract

Track Project Progress and Identifying deviations from the project Plan.Attend and smooth conduct of all meetings related to smooth progress of project execution

-Prepare and monitor project budget, Cash Flows. Control project costs by tracking expenses and making variations statement if any

-Cordination with Client/ consultants, Contractors, suppliers as per contracts/ work orders to ensure timely delivery and adherance to specifications.

-Ensure timely complition and smooth handover of the project to the client.
