Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing resources, tracking progress, resolving issues, and delivering regular status updates. The Project Manager will also be responsible for expediting processes, conducting inspections, and managing logistics.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Planning & Scheduling – Skilled in creating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and realistic timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management – Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Retail & Supply Chain Domain Knowledge – Understanding of retail operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology-driven improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to engage and align business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and operations stakeholders.
  • Change Management – Expertise in handling changes to scope, timelines, and deliverables with minimal business disruption.
  • Communication & Reporting – Strong written and verbal communication, with experience preparing executive dashboards and reports.
  • Leadership & Team Management – Capability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate members, and resolve conflicts.
  • Tools & Technology – Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Execution in Fast-paced Environments – Track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and at scale.
