Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of coal handling plant projects, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, including engineering, procurement, commissioning, to ensure seamless execution.
• Technical Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of coal handling plant equipment, processes, and industry best practices to provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.

Requirements:

• Years of relevant experience is required.
• CHP experience in mandatory.
• Good communication in Bengali is mandatory.
• Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical is compulsory.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong technical knowledge of coal handling plant equipment, processes, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools .
• Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
