- Site Engineer O M About the Company U-Solar Clean Energy is a solar developer in India headquartered in Bengaluru that provides complete solar power solutions for industrial commercial and institutional clients The company provides end to end solutions from design and engineering project management as well as post sales services for solar projects We have installed solar power plants through pay and own CAPEX and pay as you go OPEX models for our clients across India as well as in international projects in Sri Lanka and Nepal U-Solar Clean Energy is at a key turning point in its growth journey evolving from a mid-size solar developer to a large-scale solar developer This strategic evolution offers exceptional opportunities for professionals who are eager to undertake new challenges lead transformative projects and make a substantial impact in the renewable energy sector About the Role We are looking for a Site Engineer - O M to join our team The candidate will play a critical role in managing and supervising solar operations and maintenance activities ensuring that on-site work is executed efficiently and in line with the company s quality standards The candidate must be a native preferably residing in and around Kalidaspur Raniganj or Amritnagar in West Bengal Qualified candidates who are interested in this position are encouraged to complete the application form to formally apply Application Form Link https forms gle NqhiJYCFFZdkrK1J6 Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar project O M activities on-site Ensure that timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to Collaborate with the Central Project Management and O M teams to ensure smooth site operations and issue resolution Conduct site surveys coordinate material handling and ensure safety standards are upheld Monitor the performance of solar systems and troubleshoot issues as needed Liaise with clients and local contractors to ensure expectations are met and address any site-specific concerns Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities including progress updates and any challenges faced Educational Qualifications Diploma or B Tech in Electrical Engineering EEE ECE or related field Strong understanding of solar PV systems electrical work and O M execution Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices Work Experience Minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry specifically in Operations Maintenance O M Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 280 000 00 - 340 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Experience O M 1 year Required Work Location In person
