Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and furnish interior spaces that meet our clients' aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, color, and materials, along with technical skills to produce detailed drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space plans for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
  • Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design quality, progress, and compliance with plans.
  • Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years preferred) as an Interior Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software.
  • Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
  • Good communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical skills.
