**Position: Interior Designer**

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

**Experience: Minimum 3 years experience Interior Design in 2D & 3D CAD**

**Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skillset)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and present interior design concepts using 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)

Prepare detailed drawings, space plans, and layouts

Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences

Source materials, furnishings, and decor aligned with project goals and budgets

Work closely with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant software

Strong design portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 3 years (preferred)
- 2D & 3D - CAD: 3 years (preferred)
