Role & responsibilities

The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of hospital interior works, ensuring seamless integration of MEP services, civil works, and interior finishes. The role involves acting as the primary liaison between the client, MEP consultants, and civil contractors to deliver hospital interiors that meet medical, functional, and aesthetic standards within time, budget, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
  • 2-7 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in hospital/healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital planning requirements, MEP integration, and civil–interior coordination.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific finishes, furniture, and equipment standards.
