Role Overview

We are hiring highly motivated 
Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
 from the 2025 batch with strong academic performance (CGPA above 8) and good communication skills to join our Solar / EPC project teams. Selected candidates will receive structured training and exposure across project and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
  • Assist in site supervision, quality checks, material management, and documentation.
  • Understand project drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Construction, Safety, SCM, Logistics, and Planning.
  • Participate in inspections, testing, and field activities as needed.
  • Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support MIS documentation.
  • Follow company processes, safety standards, and project protocols.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical fundamentals in core engineering subjects (EEE / Civil / Mechanical).
  • Good communication skills
     – written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, discipline, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E / B.Tech in 
    EEE / Civil / Mechanical
  • 2025 pass-out batch only
  • Minimum CGPA: Above 8
  • Good communication skills are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in 
    Chennai or Ahmedabad
  • Immediate joiners only
  • Interest in Solar / EPC / Infrastructure projects preferred
