Job Description

We are looking for a skilled TALL Stack Developer who can independently own, build, and maintain a full-stack web application. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Laravel, Livewire, , and Tailwind CSS, with the ability to deliver clean, secure, and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise across backend and frontend development within the TALL ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the development of a full TALL stack application.
  • Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure Laravel-based applications.
  • Develop dynamic, reactive UI components using Livewire and
  • Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend logic as needed.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, reusable, well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Technical Skills

Core Stack Skills:

  • Strong expertise in PHP, especially modern PHP 8+ standards.
  • Professional experience working with the Laravel framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Livewire and reactive component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in for lightweight frontend interactivity.
  • Advanced practical knowledge of Tailwind CSS for building responsive interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.

Additional Note

This is a specialized role requiring complete ownership of a TALL (Tailwind, , Laravel, Livewire) stack application. While the stack is uncommon, we welcome candidates who are confident with PHP, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices and are willing to dive deep into the TALL ecosystem.
