About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP ADM Manager to join our team. This role is operational, not technical, and requires a candidate with strong experience in SAP ticket resolution, incident handling, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP support environments, service delivery processes, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP ticket resolution (incidents, service requests, and change requests) ensuring SLA adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Ensure timely escalation and closure of tickets with proper documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day SAP operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor, track, and report operational performance metrics related to SAP ADM.
- Drive process compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and improve support efficiency.
- Manage a small team of support staff (if applicable) and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP operations, with a strong background in ticket resolution and ADM processes.
- Solid understanding of SAP support models (AMS/ADM).
- Strong experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Prior experience in managing SAP service delivery in an onsite role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹190, ₹200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
