Position Summary:
As a Senior Wireless Network Engineer within ADMs Global Technology organization, you will lead the design, governance, and transformation of wireless and mobile broadband networking systems worldwide. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, executive communication, and financial stewardship. You will ensure ADMs wireless infrastructure—including Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, and CBRS—delivers scalability, resiliency, and security while directly supporting enterprise outcomes. This role drives innovation through advanced RF design, automation, and AI-driven optimization while ensuring seamless connectivity for employees, IoT/OT systems, and smart operations worldwide. By spearheading large-scale rollouts, enforcing global standards, and integrating cutting-edge technologies, the engineer enables ADM to achieve operational excellence, resilient architectures, and superior user experiences
Your Responsibilities:
- Network Architecture & Standards Development - Lead the creation and governance of ADM's global network architecture and design standards across wireless, mobile broadband, and security domains. Define and maintain scalable, compliant, and resilient reference models, design templates, and roadmaps that guide enterprise-wide implementation. Provide strong leadership and executive-level communications, ensuring standards are adopted by IT, security, and business units and tied directly to ADM's strategic outcomes.
- Technology Innovation & Business Alignment - Drive the evaluation and adoption of innovative wireless and broadband technologies, including Wi-Fi 7, LTE, 5G, CBRS, and hybrid-cloud integrations. Lead pilots and proofs of concept, backed by robust technical and financial documentation that demonstrate ROI, cost efficiency, and performance improvement. Present business cases clearly to executive leadership, ensuring investments align with ADM's global priorities. Collaborate with PMO, procurement, and operations to integrate innovations seamlessly into delivery and service models.
- Solution Development, Testing & Certification - Establish rigorous development and certification practices to ensure all wireless solutions are production-ready. Lead the creation of detailed design documentation, test plans, and certification criteria, validating functionality, security, resiliency, and automation. Partner with vendors, operations, and project teams to align solutions with enterprise requirements. Communicate testing outcomes clearly to executives and technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions into production with full operational readiness.
- Project Delivery & Execution Excellence - Provide technical leadership for key initiatives and PMO-driven projects, ensuring timely input, risk mitigation, and alignment of wireless requirements throughout the lifecycle. Develop and communicate thorough high- and low-level designs while collaborating across architecture, operations, and vendor teams. Maintain clear executive-level communication on status, risks, and financials, ensuring transparency and confidence. Deliver measurable outcomes by facilitating production readiness, staying within budgets, and meeting project timelines.
- Operational Expertise & Incident Leadership - Serve as a trusted SME for critical wireless incidents and escalations, applying advanced technical skills to restore services quickly. Lead executive communications during incidents, providing clear updates on status, risks, and business impacts. Drive post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and lessons learned to strengthen designs, reduce risk, and improve resilience. Collaborate across architecture, service management, and operations teams to ensure improvements are embedded into future architectures and processes.
- Leadership, Accountability & Continuous Improvement - Exemplify leadership by driving accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across wireless and broadband engineering. Produce robust documentation that ensures clarity, consistency, and long-term value. Mentor peers and junior engineers, foster cross-team collaboration, and champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, operational maturity, and financial stewardship. Communicate effectively with executives through clear written and verbal updates, ensuring all technical work aligns with ADM's enterprise goals.
