How will you make an impact in this role? 

• Lead a Product team to product analysts and developers to deliver best-in-class product solutions of the risk product data and capabilities team.
• Effectively manage responsibilities of Product Manager/Product Owner/Product Delivery teams to drive the roadmap and implementation of business initiatives
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, other product teams, compliance teams and technology partners across multiple geographies to align business requirements and priorities and deliver critical initiatives with right sense of urgency.

·       Design the architecture solution for the migration of large-scale application from BigData to GCP platform

·       Implement strong data quality controls in the entire data management process with 100%25 accuracy and 100%25 on time delivery

• Drive the culture of Agile delivery framework in the team and follow industry best practices & organization's rulebook to clearly communicate the focus areas for Program Increments and Sprint Planning.
• Identify and establish correct delivery models (Fastrack vs Kanban vs Program Increment) for different kind of business requests and manage teams of analysts and developers for seamless delivery of these requests.
• Act as a single point of contact to effectively manage any issues or escalations
• Deliver effective verbal and written communication to senior stakeholders on a regular basis
• Follow industry best agile practices to deliver on key priorities
• Develop and deploy best-in-class risk product data capabilities with very high-quality standards
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects with 100%25 on-time delivery
• Drive capabilities innovation & resultant business growth by applying existing & emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals
• Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders.

• Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field in Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the field will be preferred
• Understanding of product development and product management frameworks
• Experience in planning product roadmap and backlog prioritization to deliver product features

• Experience of working on data warehousing/data marts and ETL tools

• Experience with using data querying and scripting languages to analyze large data sets (Hive, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in migrating large scale big data workloads from Hive/Spark or GCP native tools such as BigQuery/Dataproc/Dataflow
• Have worked on designing and building production-grade data management processes
