Role Description

We are hiring a Control Tower Executive for the Night Shift in a hybrid full-time role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The role involves monitoring and coordinating transportation operations, managing logistics and shipment schedules, responding to real-time challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted supply chain activities during night hours.

The candidate will liaise with operations teams, track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational and logistical management skills with experience in shipment tracking, schedule management, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, along with coordination skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for handling real-time logistics challenges and making sound decisions quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation processes and a background in the supply chain or logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work during night hours and adapt to a hybrid working model in Gurugram.
  • Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools is an added advantage.
